Often times since we are at properties weekly or more and we find problems that go undetected,  like loose door handles, burned out light bulbs, clogged toilets, dead BBQ's, drips, leaks and more.  We also monitor use by those who are not part of the HOA and should not be onsite. These issues and  situations are reported to management.

HOA Cleaning has a maintenance group that will address these needs and present the issues to management for approval and repairs. It's all the little things that keep an HOA running like a 5 Star resort so that problems are solved before they impact residents and there is little or no waiting for repairs to be made.

HOA Cleaning has a sister company that responds to these calls and does a variety of maintenance functions including plumbing, electrical repairs and lighting checks, doors and locks, drywall and painting. We have become the eyes and ears for management companies doing preventive maintenance and actual repairs so that specialized contractor requirements are minimized , costs are saved and emergency calls and problems are prevented.
